Shipping Information

Thank you for choosing Vintage Joint for your vintage jersey purchase. We aim to deliver your order promptly and efficiently. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below:

 

1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes:

a. We partner with reliable courier services, specifically the Courier Guy, to ensure secure and timely delivery of your order.

b. The estimated shipping time for your package is between 10 and 15 business days (weekends not included) from the date of purchase, depending on your location.

 

2. Order Processing:

a. Once your order is placed and payment is successfully processed, we will begin processing your order within 1-2 business days.

b. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

a. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

b. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the Courier Guy's website or through their provided tracking system.

 

4. Shipping Costs:

a. The shipping cost for your order will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as your location.

b. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review it before completing your purchase.

5. Address Accuracy:

a. Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address during the checkout process.

b. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

6. International Shipping:

a. Currently, we only offer shipping within South Africa.

b. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope to expand our international shipping options in the future.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

Refund Policy:

  • Thank you for shopping at Vintage Joint. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. Below are the details of our return and refund policy:
    Returns

    1. Wrong Size Selection

      • If you wish to return an item because you selected the wrong size, you will be responsible for a fee of R350. This fee covers both the return of the jersey and the shipment of the replacement.

      • Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

      • Please note that you can only return an item after 7 days of delivery anything after that you will have to reorder  

    2. Defective Items

      • If the item you received has defects, you can return it at no additional cost. We will cover all shipping expenses for the return and the replacement of the defective item.

      • Please contact our customer service team immediately upon discovering the defect.

    3. Customized Items

      • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for customized items. Since these items are personalized, we are unable to resell them.

  • Refunds

    1. Pre-Sourced Item Refunds

      • If you request a refund before the jersey has been sourced, we will process the refund. However, a penalty of 15% will be applied to cover bank charges and merchant fees that have occurred.

      • Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days.

  • Return Processing Time

    1. Returns usually take the same amount of time as the initial delivery, which is 8-13 business days. Please ensure you retain proof of postage until your return is processed.

  • How to Initiate a Return

    1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

    2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

    3. Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to complete the return process.
